Medusa waking up in a room with an old bed in an old acropolis got up leaving the room she had been staying in, and went out to look for something to eat. As she did she stepped out into a forest, and looked for wild fruits she could eat or for something she could catch to eat.

Alaric having taken down the previous king and the closest guards he had working under him had become the new king when he was Sixteen and now he was in the royal bed chamber waking up in the morning dressed in a silk robe before going to get a bath and sighed.

Medusa keeping her distance from the royal palace stayed to the forest, and word of her hadn't spread yet since no one ever visited the acropolis she was staying in. As such she walking around the forest found some wild fruit starting to pick berries, and apples to eat for breakfast as a human noticed her before they ran to let the king know that there was a snake headed monster in the forest near the outskirts of the city where the royal palace was.

Alaric receiving word of Medusa's appearance decided to go and investigate himself. He had remembered being the one who attacked her long ago when she was a child and it still gave him a sense of guilt even to this day, as such he wanted to go and see her and make amends without turning to stone hopefully in the process as he didn't know how she would react to seeing him once again.

Medusa having gathered some fruit went back to where she was staying, and started to eat. As she did she had since lost all feeling for the humans she had once wanted to be around after she had lost so much because of them.

Alaric had told his guards to stay behind and had his advisor take over while he was away as he wanted to check up on Medusa as he knew that there was a chance she would be furious seeing him but he still wanted to go and see her, to apologize for all those years ago harming her.

Medusa in her room at the acropolis ruins she made her home as a child was sitting on a bed, and eating the fruit she had gathered. As she did everyone thought she was a monster that ate meat, and flesh but she had never ate such things. After, eating the fruit she had brought with her from the forest she laid down on her bed to relax thirty minutes after she ate.

Alaric taking some time to get to the Acropolis looked around and searched for her as he wanted to meet her and hopefully have a conversation if possible. "Hello is anyone there?" Alaric asked as he bit his bottom lip walking around sword at his hip.

Laying on her old bed Medusa heard a voice echo through the ruins but didn't know who it was. All she knew was it must be a human, and she got up to see who it was getting ready to fight if she had to.

Alaric went in search for Medusa finding the acropolis rather big as he looked around finding it interesting seeing all the old things that there was to find in such a place.

Getting up to see who was in her acropolis Medusa peered around a corner. As she did she was ready to fight as she looked at Alaric.

"Is she still around here I wonder?" Alaric asked himself as he looked for Medusa not knowing she was spying on him from around the corner as he bit his bottom lip calm and composed wanting to reconcile with her for his actions long ago.

As Alaric asked himself that Medusa was spying on him, and as she did she kept peering at him. She didn't know what he wanted but recognized him as the one who had killed "her precious Geneva when she was just a child nearly killing Medusa as well.

"If she is I hope that we can reconcile.. I mean I know I did her harm all those years ago which leaves me with a deep guilt.. I've taken over the kingdom which once made me attack the poor child, but I still want to make amends with the one whom I harmed all those years ago." Alaric spoke to himself while walking through the acropolis looking for Medusa.

When Alaric said that Medusa walked out from behind a corner as she folded her arms. "What are you doing here human? Come to finish the job?" As Medusa asked that she stared at Alaric recognizing him from her childhood despite how he aged. |
